As Senior Construciton Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in our streamlined design-build process, overseeing project setup, manpower planning, material coordination, and execution using JobTread and Sage. You'll ensure projects uphold Gehman's standards of clarity, client connection, and craftsmanship.


Responsibilities

  • Supervise multiple remodeling projects, ensuring work meets scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards
  • Anticipate and resolve scheduling or material issues to keep projects on track
  • Lead, mentor, and support Project Managers, Lead Carpenters, laborers, and trade partners
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching to build a strong team culture
  • Develop and maintain detailed job schedules, coordinating with trades, suppliers, and clients
  • Order, stage, and track materials with proper lead times while minimizing waste
  • Communicate proactively with clients, leading walkthroughs and addressing concerns promptly
  • Enforce company safety standards, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with building regulations

Qualifications

  • Extensive leadership experience, generally 10 or more years in construction/remodeling experience.
  • Strong knowledge of framing, mechanicals, finish work, permits, and trade coordination
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor field teams effectively
  • Skilled in reading and interpreting plans and scopes of work
  • Familiarity with project management software (JobTread experience a plus)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with both clients and crews
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Final candidates may be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check, in compliance with federal and state law.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to make confident real-time decisions
  • Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and passion for craftsmanship

Compensation & Benefits

  • Total compensation package $100,000
  • Competitive salary at $75,000 to $80,000 base per year, based on experience.
  • Full-time position, 4x10-hour days (Mon to Thu), with occasional Fridays.

This role will mostly be office based in Harleysville.

Service area: South Eastern Pennsylvania, the five county area north and west of Philadelphia.
